We love pancake! (well, who doesn't?) Specially when it served with chocolate or peanut butter.
But this time, I'd like to serve it with minced beef and some baked tomatoes.
How To Make Pancake
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 cups of flour
- half cup of full cream fresh milk
- half tablespoon of salt
- 2 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 5 tablespoon of melted butter (cooled it down before mix)
Whisk all ingredients together until it reaches smooth consistency.
Heat up a non-stick frying pan, and fry them to desired size with low fire.
(You can keep the cooked one into the freezer and reheat them with toaster oven, it still tastes as nice!)
