We love pizza but not with the thick crust. Thin and crispy pizza is our favorite!
The key of a delicious pizza is the crust. So here's the easiest recipe of a thin and crispy pizza crust to fill your day.

INGREDIENTS
Dough:
3 cups bread flour (prepare a little bit more for you to knead)
​1 cups ice water
1 table spoon vegetable oil (prepare a little bit more for you to knead)

2 tspoons white sugar
1/2 tspoon instant yeast
1 tspoon salt

Sauce:
10 pcs cherry tomatoes (you can use 1 whole normal tomato, I just love the cherry tomatoes more)
1 tbspoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 tspoon salt
1/2 white onion
1/2 capsicum

Toppings:
1 cup grated parmesan cheese (or get the pizza cheese pack)
3 tbspoon grated parmesan cheese
Beef pepperoni (or chicken/turkey coins, up to you) as many as you like
Minced beef (or chicken/turkey/fish) as many as you like
Sliced mushroom as much as you like
Chopped capsicum as much as you like
Mixed vegetables as much as you like
Pineapple (optional to give a sour bits)
Baby spinach (for after baked toppings)

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Mix sugar, vegetable oil, salt and yeast using the dough mixer (about 2 minutes). Alternatively add ice water and flour, mix until all well mixed (about 3 minutes).
  2. Knead for about 2 minutes until it smooth and not sticky to the hand (you can add flour and vegetable oil).  
  3. (this is important to get the crust perfect!) Wrap the dough with plastic wrap, and keep in the fridge for 24 hours.

  4. Pre-heat oven at 180 degree C.
  5. Prepare the sauce by shimmer all sauce ingredients and let it cool off before you use it.
  6. Knead the dough untill it's not so cold anymore. Then roll it in any shape you like to the consitency of about 5mm thick (this is M's most favorite part).
  7. Spread the sauce on the dough surface
  8. Pour all toppings as you like (this is M's 2nd favorite part)
  9. Bake for about 20 minutes.
  10. Ready to cut and serve!!
